The hotel has some drawbacks like old-looking rooms with small bathrooms, cleanliness issues with hair on sheets, and in need of serious maintenance causing a musty smell. However, the staff was accommodating and even allowed an early check-in. The convenient location near shopping and food was a plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean, but the bathroom felt a bit old-fashioned and small. Despite the standard facilities, the bedding was comfortable. However, there was a persistent unpleasant odor that led me to purchase air freshener. The service was helpful and polite, especially considering the busy period with many guests. The location was convenient with a large mall and dining options nearby, but being on the edge of a retail park made it less appealing. The dining experience was average, with limited hot food options which were not very satisfying. Overall, it was a decent stay, with some drawbacks.
